Wellness doesn't have to be big and extravagant. You don't always need luxury to practice wellness. All you need is to go out there and experience the world around you.⁣

Taking care of yourself is not something that should be taking or draining. Just stepping out into your backyard, local parks, or nature center in your city goes a long way.
