But regardless if there is a viral outbreak. You still need to build your immune system up. No matter what. Because you don’t want to wait for a viral outbreak to start getting healthy. With that being said here are some ways you can boost your immune system now and later on.

A shortage of iron can have serious consequences for your health. What most people don’t know is that iron is pretty much a huge essential mineral for the body. I mean that is why I put it first.
Iron is the only magnetic and complete mineral on the planet. According to research Iron is responsible for bringing energy to the brain. Iron tends to pull all other minerals with it because of its strong magnetic power.
That is why taking iron also helps pull zinc, magnesium, gold, calcium, and other important minerals that the body needs.
