Disclaimer: Now y’all know I’m not a medical professional. So use these tips at your own risk. Especially if you are pregnant and nursing. Everything I am sharing worked well for me or were trial and error. Hint the disclaimer. Try these remedies at your own risk. They are holistic and are not a replacement for medical care in any way. With any medical situation always seek the help of your doctor or medical practitioner.
Now that we got that out the way. Let’s dive right into the must-try home remedies for corona.
Teas Teas all type of Teas
The first thing I did when I contracted COVID was getting on my tea game. One of the teas that were particularly helpful for me was Tumeric tea :
Water
Organic Tumeric powder
No sugar/no honey
This tea is anti-inflammatory which helped me With my breathing. Because I found that my bronchioles were inflamed and I needed to stop the inflammation.
Another helpful tea was ginger tea. We all know ginger has amazing health properties. So I drink a lot of ginger tea. I did not make it too strong and I use actual ginger.
Of course, I added other ingredients to the tea. I added herbs and spices I knew had strong medicinal properties.
I usually mix my ginger tea with fever grass or lemongrass. Lemongrass helps relieves fevers and cold and flu-like symptoms. All things I had.
I opted out of tea bags because they are processed and I wanted to get the benefits of the herbs and tea leaves.
Ginger tea 1:
Organic Ginger root
Organic lemongrass or fever grass
Water
Ginger tea 2:
Organic ginger root
Water
6 Cloves
2 garlic
1 whole lemon/lime peel
Fever grass
The last tea I lived of was Cerasee or bitter Lemon plant tea. If you don’t know bitter lemon you need to do some research on it. Bitter lemon tea or Cerasee is good for purging and detoxifying the body and the blood. Amongst other things.
Cerasee tea :
Ceracee
Water
Lastly lemon water. Although it was not tea I drink it as if it was. The first thing I would drink in the morning was lemon water. One thing I did was I squeeze the lemon in my water but I also added the whole lemon in there and let the hot water cook the lemon.
Not only was I getting vitamin C. My body was also being detoxified.

Vitamins
Another thing I did was take double the vitamins. The vitamins I took are as followed:
Zinc
Vitamin c
Vitamin d
Elderberries
I did not hesitate to double up on my vitamins especially my vitamin D. As recommended throughout all my research. Vitamins give your immune system a boost and are also good for inflammation.
Change Your Eating Habit
Changing my eating habit was one of the best things I did during corona. I did mostly vegetable soups and rarely ate meat. Secondly, I cut sugar completely from my diet.
What most people don’t know is that viruses feed off sugar. The number one reason why I did not drink the sweet drinks that are often associated with being sick.
For electrolytes, I drunk coconut water. And I drink mostly alkaline water because I wanted my body to be in a neutral state. Because I understand that viruses love being in an acidic environment.
Bonus Tip: Other Things To Do
Lastly, to help me breathe I used a humidifier and added essential oils such as …lavender and rosemary. They helped me with my breathing.
The moment I started feeling better. I started going to my backyard to get some sun. That helped me with my breathing because I wasn’t breathing the stale sick air all the time.
There you have it my 3 Powerful Must-Try Home Remedies For Corona. Those are the exact home remedies I did while I had COVID. Hope they help you with your COVID recovery. If you have any question let me know and I am more than happy to help.
